6. COVER LETTER OF THE COMPANY OR INSTITUTIONS.
7. BANK STATEMENTS FOR 6 MONTHS

VERY IMPORTANT

1) VISA FEES FOR FRANCE IS  RS. 5000/  - plus Rs. 600/- vfs(visa forwarding service) to embassy

2) VISA    for Canada        Rs. 3500/- plus Rs. 600/- VFS . for Canada a DD to be made in favour of Canadian High commission delhi.

3) TRAVEL INSURANCE TO BE DONE FOR 1 PERSON  Rs. 1500/- upto the age of 40 years.

TRAVEL INSURANCE  FOR THE AGE OF 60 AND ABOVE Rs. 2200/-

• ELECTRICITY BILLS/TELEPHONE BILLS
• 10TH CERTIFICATE/GRADUATION MARKSHEET
• 2 YEARS RESIDENCE PROOF OF THE PRESENT ADDRESS
• 5 PHOTOS
• LIC POLICY/DRIVING LICENSE. ETC.



· Letter from employer/school/college confirming validity of trip together with dates (dated within 1 month)
· Invitation Letter from inviting friends/family in Canada
· Bank Statement
· 3 Colour Passport Photographs*
· Complete and sign all pages of the Canadian Visa application forms [Download forms]
· Utility bills in applicants name**
· Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions"
· Schengen Office Handling Fee £60.00 + Embassy Fee
*Note: White background only (cream and light blue backgrounds are not accepted by the Embassy), shoulders must be in the photograph.
**Note: Not generally required for South african Passport Holders.
Canadian "Tourist Visa" Fees:
Single entry: £40.00
Multiple entry: £80.00

The Schengen Office Handling Fees
The following are The Schengen Office service fees per applicant based on each of the particular Embassies (These are NOT the fees for your nationality). Prices are inclusive of VAT but EXCLUDE embassy fees and postage if passports posted back directly to clients. Please note that service fees are subject to change without notice. Group discounts (4 or more) may be available for some embassies (Excluding Schengen Countries). A 5% Surcharge for payment by Credit card
